Tribe Leader programme terms

Eligibility

You must have a verified OUTSYD TRIBES account and be approved by the OUTSYD team. We may decline, suspend or end participation at our discretion, with reasons recorded.

Commission

You earn a flat 10% commission on eligible ticket sales attributed to you. The commission base is the ticket price after any discount, excluding service/checkout fees and separately stated taxes. The rate applied is recorded with each sale; future changes don't alter past records.

Upgrades: where enabled for an event, you earn 10% of the upgrade price difference on upgrades of tickets originally attributed to you. You never earn twice on the original ticket.

Attribution

A buyer who opens your link is attributed to you for 7 days on that device (last Tribe Leader link wins). A valid leader code typed at checkout takes priority where the event allows it, and works across devices. Attribution is fixed when the order is created.

Exclusions

No commission on your own purchases, complimentary or staff tickets, test orders, refunded, cancelled or charged-back orders, or orders flagged as fraudulent.

Pending, available and payouts

Commission is pending until the hold period after the event ends (currently 7 days) and becomes available if the order is still in good standing. Refunds or chargebacks create reversal entries, which can reduce your available balance.

You can request a payout from your available balance above the minimum. Payouts are reviewed by finance and sent to your verified bank account. We may hold payouts while investigating suspicious activity.

Perks

Perks such as passes and upgrades are set per event, may be limited in number, and may require approval. If qualifying sales are later refunded, unfulfilled perks may be withdrawn.

Conduct

Promote honestly. Don't spam, impersonate OUTSYD, make false claims, or offer unofficial discounts. Don't buy through your own link.
